How to pay fees

Students will not be able to enrol if they have any outstanding debts.  

Tuition fees must be paid by the due date every trimester in order to be able to enrol.

Fee payment for Melbourne Institute of Technology (MIT)

Fees for MIT programs are payable in cash, credit card, money order, bank cheque, bank draft, netbank transfer and telex transfer. Bank cheques/drafts and money orders must be made out to "Melbourne Institute of Technology ".

Fee payment for Federation University Australia (FedUni)

Fees for Federation University Australia programs are payable using any acceptable payment method listed below.

Acceptable payment methods:

  • Bank cheque, bank draft or money order made out to "Federation University Australia"
  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) *(Steps to make a payment online using credit card are listed below)
  • Telex transfer, for payments from overseas only (Click Here)
  • BPay and Post BPay

* - How to pay by credit card online:

  1. Log in to FedUni website (https://mysc.federation.edu.au/)
  2. Click 'Self Service' link from the navigation menu on the left side
  3. Click 'Campus Finances' and select 'Make a Payment' option
  4. In window #1, specify payment method and enter the payment amount you want to pay.
  5. Click 'Next'
  6. A window confirming the payment amount will appear.
  7. Click 'Submit'
  8. Select credit card type i.e. Visa, MasterCard or AMEX
  9. Fill the card details
  10. Click 'Submit payment'
  11. Print the receipt and present it at the Accounts counter to get enrolment approval.

Not acceptable payment methods:

  • Direct deposit
  • Netbank Transfer
  • Personal or Company cheques
